Robert specializes in international and cross-cultural dispute resolution and negotiation, handling a wide range of matters across the Americas. As an attorney at the Los Angeles law firm of Christensen, Glaser he managed various matters ranging from proceedings before international tribunals to domestic business litigation. Rob currently practices law in Santa Monica, California at the international law firm of Greenberg, Traurig. His practice includes representing clients involved in international arbitrations and intellectual property disputes. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of California, Irvine. He is fluent in Spanish.

Matt Smith

Matt specializes in training executives to effectively communicate and negotiate with young employees that have recently entered the workforce. Matt was formerly a Lecturer on Law and Clinical Fellow at Harvard Law School, teaching a skills intensive negotiation course and working in the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program, which provides law students with hands-on experience in the fields of negotiation, dispute resolution, and conflict management.  Matt currently practices law with the Los Angeles office of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP.  His practice focused on white-collar defense.  Matt iis a graduate of Harvard Law School and has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He speaks conversational Croatian.
